Fee Structure and payment policies

The 2019 daily fee is:  $58.00 per day for children aged 4 years and above, $75.00 for children aged 3 year olds. Equity fees available upon application. Fees have been reduced due to start strong funding.

Fees are calculated by the term and are payable even when the child is absent for sick days, holidays during term time, Teacher planning days/pupil free days and public holidays.

Invoices for fees are issued in week 2 of each term and emailed to each family.

Waiting List fee: $20.00

Enrolment bond: $500.00

Administration fee: $100.00

BCA membership: $3 for new and renewing members.

It is a requirement that one parent/carer of each attending child is a member of the Birchgrove Community Association.

Fees are billed in the second week of term and will be emailed to parents. Fees are payable within 14 days from receipt of invoice.

Late payment of fees: (See Fees and Levies Policy)

The BCA committee reserves the right to withdraw the child’s place at Preschool, if fees are not paid by the due date.

Child Care Subsidy

Child Care Subsidy (CCS) replaced the Child Care Benefit (CCB) and Child Care Rebate (CCR). Child Care Subsidy (SSC) is not applicable to our Preschool as we receive NSW State funding and not Federal funding.

Waiting List

Please download the Waitlist Application Form (PDF) and return it completed together with the $20 fee to place your child on the waiting list.
Families will be contacted in September should a place be available for your child. If you have further questions please send an email to: director@emmerickstreet.com.au
